In Denmark, most of the offices and schools serve fish on Wednesdays for lunch. Since everyone are staying home for this period, I forgot to pay attention to the day and the menu I made. 😝 So today I am trying to catch up with this crispy mullet serve with spicy green apple salad for our dinner. 🐟🍏🥗
