Wok dish is the most simple Asian cuisine that very quick to make. It is our go to dinner at home when we didn’t know what to eat or didn’t want to spend that much time to cook. And often we would used anything we found in our fridge to make one. The combo of these 3 ingredients are a great combination in term of taste and color. It is quite famous menu for the home cooked meal.

I love the mix between crunchy snow pea and shiitake mushroom. But you also can use snap pea and other types of mushroom for this dish as well. And feel free to change the protein source too. 😉

Ingredients:

  • 150 g. shrimp

  • 100 g. shiitake mushroom

  • 150 g. snow pea

  • 2 cloves garlic

  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce

  • 1 tbsp fish sauce / soya sauce

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp cooking oil (high heat resistant type, e.g. canola oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, etc.)

📣Cooking Tips📣

🍤 Don’t fry the shrimp for too long. It will still continue to cooking when you are frying the veggies. Overcooked shrimp will be tough and chewy.

🧄 Fry the chopped garlic until it golden brown for a good aroma.
