Spicy Stir Fried Brussel Sprout with Pork

Love them or hate them!
Brussel sprout is a tiny health bomb that full of antioxidants, Omega 3 and fatty acids. And they are the star of this dish. 🥦Ingredients:
For Stir Fried
~ 300 g. Brussel sprout, halved
~ 300 g. pork, thin sliced
~ 3 large garlic cloves, fine sliced
~ 5 dried chili, break it into small pieces by hands
~ 2 tbsp oyster sauce
~ 1 tbsp fish sauce
~ 1 tsp sugar
~ 2 tbsp cooking oil
~ 100 ml. water

For marinate pork
~ 1 tsp seasoning sauce
~ 1 tsp dark soya sauce
~ 1 tsp oyster sauce
~ 1 tsp sugar
~ 1 tsp ground pepper
~ 1 tsp garlic powder
~ 1 tsp sesame oil
~ 1 tsp baking soda

How to:
✔️ Slice the pork in a thin slice and marinate it.
✔️ Fry garlic with cooking oil in medium heat until golden brown and set it aside.
✔️ Fry marinated pork until water that came out from the pork is evaporate.
Then add the fried garlic back into the pan and add dried chili. Stir it up to fry the chili a bit.
✔️ Add Brussel sprouts and seasonings and stir them until the Brussel sprout is cooked. Add the water little by little while stir frying.
