Ruby Water Chestnut and Jackfruit in Sweet Coconut Milk

This is one of the famous Thai dessert. And one of my favorite as well. 😋 I love the chewyiness and crispiness of the ruby water chestnut that accompany with sweet jackfruit and creammy aromatic coconut milk. It usually serve cold with crushed ice too.
