Instant Noodle Stir-Fry
In these corona days I know many people who stock up dried pasta and instant noodle. I always have instant noodles in store for when I don’t know what to eat. If I don’t have time to cook a big meal, I always make an upgrade version of an instant noodle by trying to add some nutritions to it.
This dish might look a bit fancy. But I can guarantee you that none of the ingredient is fancy. I basically use scraps from anything I found in my fridge. And I use less than 10 minutes to make this dish. It is much faster than ordering a take away, and tastier too.
