Since wide rice noodle isn’t that easy to find during this period, so I made this Pad See Ew recipe with dry rice noodle instead. You can also use any type of veggie and meat that you have available too. #quarantinefood

~ 1 tbsp oyster sauce
~ 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
~ 1 tsp fish sauce
~ 1 tsp sugar

How to:
✔️ Soak the dried rice noodle in hot water for 5 minute, then drain the water out.
✔️ Fry garlic with cooking oil in medium heat until golden brown.
✔️ Add shrimps to the pan and fry the shrimps with high heat until semi cooked.
✔️ Add noodle to the pan and add dark soya sauce to the noodle. Stir the noodle until it coated well with dark soya sauce. Move the noodle to the side.
✔️ Add egg to the pan and scramble the egg. Once the egg is cooked, mix the egg to the noodle and shrimps.
✔️ Add veggie, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar to the pan. Stir fry everything together until the veggie is cooked, then turn the heat off.

Tips and Tricks
🤓 Want to make the shrimp look like a butterfly? After remove the black vain/poop cord on the back of a shrimp, cut the shrimp deeper until it almost break apart to split the shrimp. It will look like a bloom flower or a butterfly when it is cooked.🦐🦋
