Pad See Ew - Stir Fried Thai Rice Noodle with Shrimp

I actually prefer Pad See Ew over Pad Thai. Maybe because I like the wide rice noodle more than the thin rice noodle. And also because it is more simple to make than Pad Thai. 😉

Ingredients: (1 serving)

~ 150 g. broad rice noodle

~ 150 g. shrimp

~ 1 egg

~ 1 large garlic cloves, fine chopped

~ 100 g. kale / broccolini / broccoli / Chinese kale

~ 1 tbsp oyster sauce

~ 1 tbsp dark soya sauce

~ 1 tsp fish sauce

~ 1 tsp sugar

~ 2 tbsp cooking oil

How to:

✔️ Fry garlic with cooking oil in medium heat until golden brown.

✔️ Add shrimps and squid to the pan and fry with high heat until semi cooked.

✔️ Add noodle to the pan and add dark soya sauce to the noodle. Stir the noodle until it coated well with dark soya sauce. Move the noodle to the side.

✔️ Add egg to the pan and scamble the egg. Once the egg is cooked, mix the egg to the noodle and shrimps.

✔️ Add veggie, oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar to the pan. Stir fry everything together until the veggie is cooked, then turn the heat off.
