Coconut Crepe with Coconut Ice-cream and Mango Sauce

What are your favorite desserts that would make you think of home?

When I think of Thai desserts, I would first think of coconut. We made most of our dessert with coconut, either from coconut milk, coconut flesh or coconut water. 

Last dish of my chef selection series is a mix of Thai dessert that includes Thai coconut crepe with pandan (ทองม้วนสดใบเตย), homemade coconut ice-cream, mango sauce with sherry wine, and fresh mango.
