Baked Shrimp with Glass Noodle

And this is how to make a simple but very yummy dish.😋 🍤Ingredients (1 serving) ~ 150-200 g. Shrimp (whole large shrimp is the best)
~ 100 g. Bacon (can replace with 1/2 cup of cooking oil)
~ 100 g. Glass noodle
~ 1 thumb ginger, slice
~ 1 large spring onion
~ 1 stem of celery
~ 2 large garlic clove, slice
~ 1 coriander root (optional)
~ 1 tsp pepper corns
~ 1/2 tsp Sichuan pepper (optional)

Seasoning ~ 200 ml. Stock or 1/2 cube chicken bullion with 200 ml. water
~ 1 tbsp light soya sauce
~ 2 tbsp oyster sauce
~ 1 tbsp dark soya sauce
~ 1 tsp sesame oil
~ 1 tbsp sugar
~ 1 tbsp Chinese cooking rice wine (optional)

How to:
✔️ Soak dried glass noodle in water for 15 mins to make it soft.
✔️ Mix all the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, and use it to marinade the shrimp for 15 mins. Then remove the shrimp and soak the soft glass noodle with the same seasoning from shrimp.
✔️ Use a thick bottom pot or a pan that has a lid. Put the bacon or cooking oil on the bottom of a pan and heat it up a little. (Medium heat)
✔️ Add pepper, Sichuan pepper, garlic and ginger to the pan and fry it with bacon/oil for 2 mins. Add glass noodle to the pot, then shrimp, then spring onion, celery and coriander root.
✔️ Add the last bit of seasoning sauce to the pan and close the lid. Cook in medium heat for 15 min. And it is done!😊 .
